All items must be returned within 7 days from receipt of shipment with proof of purchase. All exchanges must be within 7 days from receipt of shipment with proof of purchase. Exchanges must be applied to items of equal or greater amount at time of exchange. Sorry, no credit will be given for lesser priced items. Items must be unopened and undamaged. No returns or exchanges on holiday items, custom arrangements or special orders. Credit will be refunded on item(s), minus shipping charges.
